Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office in San Francisco is delighted to invite you to a keynote speech by Senior Vice President of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX), Mr Michael Chan.
During his presentation Mr Chan will highlight how technology companies, in particular in Fintech and Biotech sectors, can benefit from introducing two new chapters to the Main Board Listing Rules to allow the listing of (i) issuers which are pre-profit / pre-revenue; and (ii) issuers from emerging and innovative sectors that have dual-class share structures (or weight-voting rights).
The Hong Kong Economic in Trade Office will also present on R&D matching grant and the new Innovation and Technology Venture Fund in Hong Kong.
